In Customer Solutions we consult Implement and Support Digital Solutions for Sea Air & Road Logistics
Customers. Digital Solutions fall into three different divisions. Business Intelligence (Customer Reports
& Dashboards), Data Integration (Customer EDI & API Connectivity) and Online Solutions (for instance
Quote, Book, Track & Trace and Collaborate).
After a general onboarding and introduction to the company you will support the Customer Solutions
Department with designated business focused tasks. You will do so by rotating through multiple
Customer Solutions Divisions. The internship gives you the opportunity
to gain valuable work experience, propose ideas and solutions, and present a final projec Your Responsibilities
Kuehne+Nagel’s general working model is four (4) days office and one (1) day remote. However, some positions may offer a different hybrid model depending on the job location, function, etc. The working schedule specific details will be discussed in your job interview. Kuehne+Nagel reserves the right to change or adjust the working model policy.

- Focus on a combination of technical writing and content management for Online Solutions.
- Business Intelligence & Data Integration customer facing and internal support infrastructure.
- Input and updates to several of our Collaboration tools (ideation blogs, forums, forms) as well as preparation work for customer consults and implementation sessions.
- Self-driven.
- Innovator and digital native.
- Organizational, networking and presentation skills
- You are customer centric and as such can easily put yourself into customer shoes, you like to work in teams and communicate well.
- You have recently completed or are pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology or an equivalent education.
- UI/UX Skills (user interface and user interface experience).
- Technical writing skills DHTML (Web Development
technologies). - Advanced PC and MS Office application knowledge or alternatives (Miro, Evernote etc.).
- Affinity with eCommerce and Online Information Systems.
