Job Summary:

Capital One at Ink Block Cafe is searching for skilled Cafe Ambassadors who can provide excellent customer service, demonstrate digital tools, and help build community networks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Connect with visitors at the café and regulars, demonstrating your excellent communication skills while answering any queries they have about digital and financial resources.
• Join forces with community businesses, non-profit organizations, and charities to strategize events that can be executed both inside and outside of the coffee house.
• Leverage your expertise in Capital One's product suite to help customers make informed decisions and achieve financial stability.
• Accessing your accounts on the go has never been easier thanks to our mobile banking app.
• Create a positive and uplifting environment by collaborating with your team of Cafe Ambassadors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Earning a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification opens doors to higher income, improved job security, and increases a person's sense of financial stability.
• You need to have at least one year of experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service to qualify for this position.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• Presents a genial and appealing personality combined with exceptional communication expertise.
• Having exceptional digital proficiency and a thirst for knowledge.
