Job description

We are looking to hire a “Marketing” Director with a strong design background. Our marketing process is simple but we need someone with high quality standards and experience directing a team to move quickly.


Work performed

  1. Reports to our CMO and coordinates marketing to help us move fast.
  2. Plans and executes the promotion schedule to optimize growth and profitability. 
  3. Oversees and coordinates email, ads, sales, SEO and social marketing.
  4. Ensures the team completes all projects to the highest of standards.
  5. Develops project plans and works to ensure on time completion.
  6. Distributes tasks according to the abilities & workload of staff. 
  7. Evaluates & provides guidance to staff to help improve performance.
  8. Performs other tasks as assigned by management.


Compensation

  1. Salary: $147 - $200k/year based on experience
  2. $20k signing bonus
  3. 401k plan with 4% employer match
  4. Health & dental insurance
  5. Four weeks paid vacation
