This is a leadership role that is responsible for leading and executing the overall strategy of the talent acquisition process at Hi-Line. This position has responsibility for sourcing, qualifying, and placing sales and service people with Hi-Line using best practices both in a conventional and creative fashion. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Hi-Line and ensures adherence to all compliance regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Meets monthly and yearly recruiting and hiring goals
  • Continually leads, guides and develops a qualified and productive team of recruiters
  • Hires qualified and motivated recruiters to meet Hi-Line s Territory Manager objectives
  • Develops and maintains effective recruiting plans and strategies
  • Develops creative talent acquisition strategies and proactively builds an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure future talent needs are met
  • Manage a full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that is efficient and offers a positive candidate experience from the first contact through onboarding
  • Creates, implements, and monitors employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers
  • Ensures the recruiting team effectively communicates to each candidate the Territory Manager position and Company s story with passion and accuracy
  • Prevents and removes obstacles throughout the recruitment process
  • Partners with Marketing to help drive a strong employment brand and incorporate it into recruiting processes
  • Responsible for the effectiveness of all recruiting tools including but not limited to job boards, applicant tracking systems, background checks, and surveys
  • Effectively utilizes conventional, unconventional, and innovative means to attract applicants to the Territory Manager position
  • Stays in compliance with the law on hiring practice(s)
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
  • Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations

Qualifications

  • Highly driven and optimistic
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 5 years in recruiting and general HR functions
  • Have a good understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment function(s)
  • Able to travel occasionally
  • Strong management skills including the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict, and influence change
  • Ability to lead a high-performance team that focuses on constant improvement and results
