Summary:
CRG has recently launched a search for an HR Generalist for our client in the Charlotte area Our client has been a leading manufacturer of high technology equipment for over 40 years
Location:
Charlotte, NC - 100%
On Site Opportunity:
Direct Hire
Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000Responsibilities: Partner with Human Resource Manager and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding and administration:
background checks, offer letters, business references, and training schedules. Work with legal and HR ream in the administration of the Group's Immigration process. Assist in employee performance and development process and annual performance review. Draft new hire employee agreements. Conduct exit interviews and prepare employee separation notices and related documentation. Process, verify, and maintain personnel records and other HR related documentation both electronically and in hardcopy. Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of HR related experience High understanding of HR policies and procedures Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree preferredJN007
