- 7 years of proven software testing experience
- Strong experience within the Agile Methodology working in JIRA SCRUM Kanban software development methodologies and testing framework
- Lead Testing efforts and mentor test team members
- Ability to communicate with team members
- Scrum Masters Developers and leadership Develop manage and track testing schedules based on client requirements
- Able to review existing test steps and make recommendations to streamline testing practices
- Be familiar with testing methodologies and best practices
- Develop detailed test plans and procedures for test cases scenarios based on requirements and technical designs
- Document and perform detailed analysis of test results and adjust test cases accordingly
- Communicate and document test results that are inconsistent with requirements and design specifications
- Manage and track defects and provide and present to customer s defect tracking and mitigation reports
- Identify and manage risks related to testing efforts
- Work with technical design and development teams for issue resolution and clarification of requirements and functionality
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing including working with users to define document and execute test cases
- Understanding of Power platform Power apps Power automate Data verse applications
- Other duties as assigned or required
