Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project coordinators are essential members of the project team at Woodstone.
We are seeking team members with excellent time management skills who can maintain a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and customer service mindset when executing the following duties:
Preconstruction - engagement with RFP/RFQ processes and related activities
Project Execution - keep project files and workflows up to date and attend meetings as required
Project Documentation - manage project information flow and internal/external engagement with expected deliverables
Subcontract Management - assist with contract, change order, and compliance management and ancillary activities
Project closeout - facilitate a seamless transition through closeout coordination and assistance related activities
Safety - this is crucial and is woven into all parts of our organization
