Job Overview
The Director of Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Management oversees all SFS data and operations management to support SFS recruitment, admissions, yield, and retention of progressively higher quality prospective students to the GSFS programs. They also advise the Vice Dean and SFS leadership on merit aid process management, as well as communications and outreach strategies to support recruitment.
Work Interactions
Reporting to the SFS Vice Dean for Faculty and Graduate Affairs, the Director of Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Management works closely with the SFS Dean's Office executive leadership and GSFS program directors and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in higher education, counseling, or other relevant field required - preference of Master's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/admissions, marketing, communications, and/or business development
- Strong interpersonal, editorial, and writing skills
- Commitment to customer service and team orientation
- Experience with recruiting and marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRMs and/or Marketing Automation systems
