Assist in design, create & update presentations for client meetings- Assist in creation of advertising campaigns – proofread ad copy etc.
- Assist New Business Account Executives in daily responsibilities
- Collect Market research
- Coordinate and prepare company direct mail pieces.
- Record & file notes on all client briefings
- Track and manage all activity, both internal to the agency and external to vendors, freelancers and clients
- Attend Marketing, Digital and Creative meetings
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to administrative tasks and functions within the office
- Update & maintain contact management systems
