Job Description



We are currently looking for a Brand & Content Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, your core responsibilities will be to oversee updates to our brand guidelines, develop tools that drive education of our brand across the organization, conduct brand reviews ensuring integration of brand guidelines across internal and external communications, and manage brand creative assets ensuring all departments have what they need to deliver a cohesive brand experience.


This is an opportunity to collaborate across marketing disciplines such as internal/external creative teams, product, media, and marketing strategy to establish processes, set expectations, and shape how we bring this new brand to life. As Brand & Content Manager, your responsibilities are:


  • Partner with lead agency to manage updates, revisions, and distribution of brand guidelines

  • Develop a brand review process that includes an intake process, prioritizes work, and ensures appropriate use and integration of brand & messaging guidelines

  • Serve as main point of contact for all brand reviews

  • Design training tools and assets that educate new employees, vendors and communications partners on our brand strategy and guidelines

  • Partner with internal department & agencies to procure an asset management tool that provides a centralized online hub to store, manage, share, and track all brand and creative assets

  • Work with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to assess creative needs, identify gaps, and develop plan to obtain necessary assets

  • Oversee the management of all content stored in the online asset tool.

  • Create and manage integrated marketing calendar that captures all in flight media channels and associate messaging for each customer group

  • Track production spend against annual budget and identify creative production efficiencies



Qualifications



WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar field

  • Organized, high diligence and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, previous creative project management experience a plus

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams on developing, reviewing, and launching creative

  • Experience in brand strategy and development preferred

  • Experience in using online project or creative management platforms

  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presentation skills

  • Initiative-taking, solutions-oriented with ability to make in the moment decisions that drive efficiencies and improve product

  • Prefers and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Self-driven, curious, and enthusiastic personality to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of business partners
