Digital Marketing Program Manager for Enterprise

Job Description:

The digital marketing team develops, executes and measures digital programs that support customer, segment and business goals. The team uses the digital channels to build brand, acquire new clients, deepen relationships with current clients and digitally enable the sales force.

The Enterprise digital team is responsible for end-to-end digital marketing for Enterprise programs, including Better Money Habits and including the local market pages.

The role works as part of a cross-functional team with marketing, agency partners, corporate communication, internal tech support and line of business leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Use the digital channel to strengthen and differentiate the Bank of America brand, increasing the brand favorability and perception
  • Coordinate and interface with Data, Digital & Marketing teams, business partners, corporate communications, internal tech and agencies in efforts to transform the digital ecosystem including delivering on dynamic and personalized experiences.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (owned, earned and paid) increasing engagement with content and experiences on the About Us and BMH websites.

  • Drive continued evolution of 90+ digital local market pages to create awareness for and deliver the Banks story locally.
  • Promotion of BofAs partnerships and sponsorships, as well as messaging of the impacts and efforts to help communities across the country
  • Deliver on digital initiatives to advance the Better Money Habits platform as a way to inform, inspire, and empower financial wellness and education and shape Bank of Americas perception
  • Manage relationships and facilitate execution across all stakeholders inclusive of timeline/schedule management, process, and overall coordination of deliverables, and planning activities. Maintain detailed project plans to execute marketing strategy and tactics
  • Execute all digital assets in accordance within risk framework, best practices and routines, while using reporting to optimize based on prior learnings.
  • Utilize both analytics and research to identify opportunities to drive brand favorability, customer acquisition, development and retention
  • Analyze all critical processes impacting digital marketing effort and provide recommendations for operational excellence
Required Skills:
  • 5-10 years of program digital marketing experience
  • Experience developing and managing digital marketing programs from strategy thru execution
  • Ability to champion measurement and insight development to optimize digital programs and site experiences
  • Ability to work with and influence senior line of business and marketing partners in development of digital programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating processes in a matrix organization
  • Experience driving program measurement test/control, A/B testing
  • Ability to articulate strategies and present to senior-level audiences
  • Ability to develop audience-based personalization strategies
  • Good with analytics and transforming them into insights and marketing implications
  • Good teaming skills and relationship builder, both inside and outside of marketing
  • Ability to own, manage and drive programs without significant day-to-day manager oversight
