All applicants must have a CONNECTICUT PHARMACY TECHNICIAN LICENSE in order to be considered - _Do you have a passion for the medical marijuana industry?_ - _Are you highly motivated and results driven?_ - _Do you have excellent customer service skills?_ - _Are you looking to join a team focused on patient care and innovation?_ Essential Job Functions: - Assist Dispensary Pharmacist with: answering phones, filling orders, maintaining records, interacting with patients and patient registration in a professional and courteous manner - Adhere to patient confidentiality (HIPAA) - Comply with State regulations as well as dispensary protocols, policies and procedures - Promote and maintain the dispensary facility’s professional reputation - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with company growth and retention of patients Requirements for consideration: - Currently hold a CT Pharmacy Technician Registration: - A minimum of one-year experience - Exemplary communication and customer service skills - Must be retail-oriented and focused - Highly organized, dependable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Strong knowledge of standard POS systems interfaces and functions - Flexibility regarding work schedule - Must be willing to work evening and weekends including opening and closing shifts when scheduled: - Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check Preferred Skills/Abilities - Certified Pharmacy Technician - Prior experience working with medical patients/pharmacy environment - Prior experience working with natural or alternative medicines and therapies - Prior experience within the medical marijuana industry - Knowledge of medical marijuana strains - Bilingual communication skills (Spanish) Working Conditions/Physical Demands: - Normal office/retail environment - May be exposed to extreme temperatures - Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time - Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance - Frequent bending and moving from sitting to standing and reverse AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES STATEMENT: EEO Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
