The DC office is looking for a Client Advisor Administrator to join their collaborative team to service Bessemer's clients. This individual will provide administrative support to the Mid-Atlantic Client Advisory Teams.
Responsibilities:
Support four client advisor teams and report to each team's Senior Client Advisor
Screen incoming communications (calls, mail, faxes, and emails) and route for action and follow-up.
Communicate with both internal and external contacts including significant client relationships
Organize and schedule client meetings and luncheons as needed
Prepare meeting spaces for internal and external meetings
Document written and verbal communication with clients
Prepare charts and materials for client meeting presentations using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal applications as needed
Open accounts and coordinate asset transfers with outside agents
Perform cash management functions in accordance with established account procedures and applicable fiduciary laws and policies
Process client remittances in conjunction with Client Tax Department
Supervise and pay client bill payments
Coordinate and help execute clients' philanthropic giving
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
2 years' experience in administrative work, preferably within a bank or investment firm
Acute attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests
Securities licenses will not generally be obtained or maintained unless deemed by Bessemer Trust to be required in order for you to perform the responsibilities of this position.
