Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager on the Paid Membership team, you will be responsible for increasing customer retention for Best Buy's paid membership programs. To do this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test and implement initiatives to increase customer retention. You will engage in customer research to see and solve customer problems and execute data-driven prioritization. If you are analytical, detail and results oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic, this role is perfect for you.
This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to one of our Best Buy corporate offices in Richfield, MN, Atlanta, GA, Boston, GA or Seattle, WA. You may be asked to come into the office up to three days per week.

What you'll do
- Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust
- Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
- Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention
- Partner with cross-functional teams (decision science, marketing, product, engineering, operations) to identify and deliver experiences that improve customer retention
- Design models, success metrics, and reporting to measure the performance of retention campaigns and overall program effectiveness
- Create test plans to optimize campaign audience selection
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related fields OR equivalent experience
- 2 years of technology product management experience OR experience working with development, user experience, strategy, etc.
- 1 year of experience with direct people management and team management
- 1 year of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutions, cross-functional leadership or related practices
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience developing engagement strategy for e-commerce sites or mobile apps
- 2 years of managing loyalty, membership, or customer lifecycle marketing technology solutions
- 2 years of digital experimentation
- Experience building digital acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies from the ground up.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome-focused personality preferred since this work environment is similar to a startup
