RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Holland, MI that is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing PC, Printer, classroom technology and mobile device support for multiple locations in the West Michigan area.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience imaging Windows based PC's and Laptops
* Experience supporting Chrome Book computers is a big plus
* Experience supporting other computing peripheral equipment such as Printers is also required
* Any experience supporting tablet based computing equipment is a plus
* Experience supporting Audio/Visual equipment is a big plus
* Exceptional customer service ability and attitude is also required
