Requirements
- Ensures that all LHS dispensaries are in working order and are maintained according to company policies, procedures and standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external vendors to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Source, vet and manage potential vendors and suppliers across the state to create a statewide list of approved vendors within established budget.
- Resolve all open tickets and coordinate with stores and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner; avoiding workplace interruptions.
- Perform monthly audits at dispensaries to ensure everything is functioning to company standards at retail level. Generate reports on these audit visits and share with appropriate team.
- Effectively communicate with retail management team about any recommended changes or facility improvements/modifications.
- Work with dispensary teams to achieve such improvements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, electrical, or other suitable field of study is required (3+ years of relevant experience (maintenance & facilities) may substitute for education)
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background (FBI)
- Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Have a valid FL driver license and reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with MS Office, Ticket Request systems, reporting software, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Monthly travel to dispensaries across the state required; approximately 20% (subject to change as needed).
