Job Requirements:
  • Maintain personal financial statements including investments and personal assets
  • Provide extensive personalized customer service and personal banking account advice
  • Implementing the banking relationship concept through the sales of deposit accounts, loans and other banking services

  • Searching for an outstanding personal banker with the personality
  • Manage client portfolio, services relationships and cross-sells all products and services
  • Sell consumer/small business banking products and services to clients and prospects
  • Provide customized financial institution services to customers with specific banking needs
  • Open new accounts, sell banking products, assist customers with financial service questions, as well as other customer service needs
  • Operate personal computer and related financial and business software
  • Refer clients back to branch staff for deposit and loan products
  • Opening new accounts while providing outstanding customer service and referring products that provide a better banking experience for customers (such as consumer loans, deposit products)
  • Meet or exceed current sales revenue goals by selling and cross-selling bank products and services to retail, mortgage and small business customers that satisfy the financial needs
  • Manage mortgage loan pipeline closely to ensure loans
  • Generate sales of appropriate branch products and services
  • Providing excellent customer service while actively cross-selling appropriate banking products to new and existing customers
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend banking services/li
  • Participate in banking center sales activities
  • Communicate financial information to the team and non-financial business partners
  • Sell retail banking products and services to customers and prospects
