As an Office Administrator at The Supply, you will serve as the face of the company to our dispensary customers in helping facilitate their business with the company.

Office Admins are responsible for managing existing customer accounts via order fulfillment, order intake, inventory management, as well as assisting with any customer service tasks.

Additionally, Office Admins also assist in the sales effort, by making follow-up calls and documenting your efforts in the company’s CRM software.

Ideal candidates are independent, driven, and ambitious self-starters.

Upon hire, you will receive initial training and instruction from our management team, providing you with all the tools you need to perform the job and begin (or continue) your career in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities: Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and assisting them as needed.

Manage and conduct new product intake for inbound orders.

Fulfill outbound orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery.

Ensure that orders are accurate and adhere to all legal and compliance requirements.

Assist with managing and auditing on-site inventory.

Ensure accuracy of orders and on-site inventory is managed accurately.

Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

Maintain any required records and files on vendors, customers, or other related requirements.

Keep a safe and clean reception area, assist with emptying wastebins, and other assigned cleaning or tidying-up dutiesEnsure compliance with any procedures, rules, and regulations applicable to the position.

Input orders and new inventory into the company point-of-sale system and the Oklahoma-required inventory tracking systems.

Respond to client and vendor inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

Perform other administrative duties, as requested.

Skills / Experience: Excellent organization and attention to detail is critically important;Excellent written and oral communication skills;Must possess the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks;Time-management is essential;Must be a self-starter and able to adapt to frequent changes within the industry;Must be willing to work some weekends;Must be a self-motivator who can thrive in an environment with limited oversight and a flexible structure;Prior experience in cannabis or in an administrative role is preferred.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma required;Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check;Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work;Proficiency with technology and office software, including a working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office products, Adobe products, and Google Enterprise products.
