A Cashier/Customer Service Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, processing Service and Sales guests accurately and efficiently, and cashiering operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the very best in customer service by greeting customers upon entrance into the cashier area.
- Maintain clean and orderly cashier and waiting areas.
- Count money in cash drawers
- Accurately ensure that all tenders balance at the end of the shift.
- Properly enroll guests into loyalty programs, including purchases.
- Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication is required as well as good math skills and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Cashier Experience
- Upbeat Attitude and Motivated
- Outstanding Customer Service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
