Responsibilities and Duties:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills
- Maintain a professional atmosphere for clients
- Competency with computer skills and relevant technology
- Operate as a team member
- Enter billing information into database
- Complete supply orders for department
- Maintain compliance and HIPAA rules when filing
- Answer phones and complete scheduling of appointments
- Maintain calendar for practitioners
- Complete word processing tasks when directed
- Ensure all mandated and necessary brochures and literature are readily available and provided to clients
- Must be flexible and possess an ability to quickly adapt to changing policies, and daily tasks
- Possess an ability to identify potential problems/barriers and provide solutions
- Perform similar or related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Applicant should possess an associate’s degree with one-year experience or have a minimum of 4 year's experience in an equivalent role.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with staff, effective interpersonal communication skills, the ability to assess and intervene within complex family and community systems, and a willingness to be flexible.
