*YOU could join a BRAND-NEW team that is going to buy an existing dispensary, a cultivation and MIP, and begin the application process for a new dispensary in Colorado. Since the process takes a while- *YOU can help us build the vision for the company while we wait to get approved and open, and *YOU could have the chance to work as the 1st “Dispensary Manager” for our innovative new company.

But…THE BEST PART about this opportunity is probably that you have the chance to create a real career and financial future in this role with our company because YOU could have a chance to become more than just a Dispensary Manager: YOU could become a Co-Owner/Partner of this dispensary location, from the very start, if you’re also motivated to do great things in the Cannabis Industry, and IF you have some capital to contribute and also the other attributes we are seeking in a Dispensary Manager and Co-Owner/Partner.

We don’t yet have this location operating, but we have secured our location and most of our team, and we are now ready to begin the application process very soon…but we are missing one crucial element that we need to acquire before we can start the license acquisition process for this new dispensary.

REQUIREMENTS:

-MUST be 21 or older.

-Must be a USA Citizen, and you must be willing to relocate to anywhere in Colorado for this opportunity.

-Must be great at following directions, and you must have great attention-to-detail.

-You must have a VALID and CURRENT Colorado MED Employee Occupational License/Badge OR have valid Cannabis Work Credentials in another state.

-You must have 3 Years of Cannabis Industry Work Experience.

-2 Years of Cannabis Dispensary Manager (or Assistant Manager) Experience.

-2 Years of METRC Experience.

-2 Years of Cash Handling Experience.

-3 Years of Customer Service Experience.

-3 Years of Retail (and/or Hospitality) Experience…and, yes, Budtender experience absolutely counts.

-Experience using Point of Sale Systems.

-You must be familiar with all aspects of Dispensary Management and Operations.

-Must have expert level knowledge regarding all Colorado MED Laws and federal cannabis laws, and you must be able to ensure compliance for the dispensary and all staff.

-You must be comfortable training employees, and you must be very good at interacting with members of the public, customers, vendors, etc.

-You MUST have a clean background and you must possess no felonies, you must consent to background checks, and you MUST be able to completely pass all background checks.

-You must have a positive attitude, love helping people, be passionate about the cannabis industry and cannabis itself, and you MUST be skilled at closing sales.

-Must be extremely competent with technology, and must be able to use any Social Media, Computers/Smartphones/ Tablets, and applications like Google Docs, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar things.

-Must be great at inventory management.

-Must have a personal smartphone so that you can always respond quickly to communications from ownership, employees, and vendors, via phone, text, or email, etc.

-Ideally, in addition to your Dispensary Management skills, you also will be able to stay familiar with Cultivation and Infused Products so that you can ensure we consistently have the best products (at the best prices) in our dispensary.

-You MUST have some capital you are willing to immediately contribute to the company in exchange for your ownership/equity stake.

-While not specifically required, we would prefer you to have some sort of college education. However, this is not a requirement at all and we want you to apply, regardless of education level, if you’re talented and trustworthy and have the other things we’re looking for.
