Job Description

We are looking for a talented graphic artist with a vivid imagination and the ability to communicate their skills to management and customers in a clear and concise manner.

Other essential responsibilities include:

  • Assisting management with the ability to ‘wow’ customers back into the store for repeated business transactions.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite of products and how to produce high-quality print-ready files with multi-layers.
  • We need someone that will take the initiative, but not overpower the requests of the customer.
  • Think ‘outside the box to produce eye-catching, pleasing graphics.

Must be fluent in ALL aspects of graphic design and digital printing, embroidered garments, and the ability to ‘grow’ the business with new ideas, grow an expanding product line and be able to fluently communicate ideas in a manner that the customer will understand and appreciate.

Some existing graphic enhancements to garments sold to our customers include:

  • full-color ink-printed, heat-transfer, and embroidery of graphic designs onto paper, posters, and garments.
  • Utilization of customer company logos, uniforms for employees of corporate clients, and sports/exercise teams.
  • Other products include wide-format posters/banners and Window vinyl designs for advertising the customer’s business to invite new and repeat customers.
  • Ability to think and communicate ‘outside the box’ with customers, expanding their own imaginations and ours, bringing new ideas to fruition with our own team approach.

Other requirements of the job include:

  • Familiarity with the offset printing process and state-of-the-art digital presses.
  • Professionalism in conduct and appearance.
    • Customer service
    • Graphics digital printing,
    • Light bindery/finishing.
    • Some data entry will be required to support & services to our clientele.
    • Light bookkeeping abilities are a plus
