As an Associate Creative Producer, you’ll work within the Creative Studio environment on product launches for MillerKnoll brands as well as integration work. Why Join Us? What You'll Do You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as you . . . - Producing creative assets (copy,images, video, etc.) to support product launches and campaigns for multiple MillerKnoll brands. - Managing budgets. - Leading process improvement assignments. - Take responsibility for all aspects of the project/program over the entire project life (framing, concepting, and execution). - Take responsibility for scheduling meetings, setting and tracking creative schedules, gathering requirements, and managing budgets. - Serve as a brand advocate to ensure brand standards are being met for a consistent brand experience among all marketing channels. - Serve as a Project and/or Traffic Manager for Brand Design projects (including branding, graphics, communications, research/strategy, and environmental design). - Work with client partners to get the requisite project documentation, including detailed marketing plans and briefs. - Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. You might be just who we’re looking for if you have . . . - A Bachelor’s degree in a related field - Three to five years of project management experience preferred - Strong project management and process skills - Ability to effectively manage a cross-functional team through influence and relationship building - Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple competing priorities, and demonstrate flexibility in project management - Strong time management capabilities with an eye toward detail - Experience with Wrike Project Management tool a plus - Organizational and time management skills - Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Excellent oral and written communications skills, proven creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead through influence and relationship building Our Values Our values speak to our shared beliefs.
