Job Summary

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, as our Manager Recruitment Marketing, you will promote the value of working here at Conagra to ensure we attract qualified diverse talent. In this newly created individual contributor role, you’ll define and implement strategies to focus on brand awareness and positively position Conagra to standout as an employer and ensure that our job opportunities reach desired audiences through a variety of channels social and talent network engagements and lead generation activities. Responsibilities

Solve hiring problems, guide the decisions, and be an owner every day as you:

  • Design and optimize our recruitment marketing strategies to drive awareness and positively position Conagra as an employer. Leverage our Employee Value Proposition to create compelling candidate messaging to attract a wide array of qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Build a recruitment-orientated ambassador program, leveraging current employees to build spotlight content that demonstrates our culture and timeless values
  • Oversee our careers website and elevate our messaging to be upbeat, engaging and inclusive
  • Oversee our candidate experience, drawing from candidate feedback data to continually enhance the program (We’re a 2021 CandE award winner!)
  • Promote our employer reputation through our recruitment-orientated social media channels; design and execute activities for engaging reviewers
  • Work with our Early Talent team to advance our campus recruiting strategy and materials
  • Provide consultative expertise to Business and HR Leaders on our recruitment marketing strategies through key candidate personas
  • Define metrics to measure effectiveness. Assess all current recruiting channels and recommend improvements to elevate performance
  • Ensure job postings and brand content are relevant and engaging to continue to build our talent network
  • Work with our HR Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)to elevate our diversity recruiting strategies
  • Amplify and maximize employee referral programs
  • Track, measure and report on all recruitment marketing activities
  • Manage recruitment marketing operations and technology, utilizing our existing CRM (Eightfold) to best effect and identify emerging approaches and technologies for potential value to the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of related professional experience ideally in Recruitment Marketing ; candidates with previous working experience in Recruiting, HR, Marketing or advertising are also welcome to apply
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment, channels, processes and candidate selection methods
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing software and automating recruitment marketing processes
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to inspire employees to share their stories and employer reviews
  • A proven teacher who can empower recruiters on how to tell the story effectively to attract and nurture candidates
  • Practitioner of inbound marketing and SEO, who can ensure content is found when and where people are searching
  • Confident using Google Analytics and other data sources to optimize the candidate experience and increase CTA conversions
  • Collaborator, working with TA, Marketing teams, Business Units and external agencies to make big things happen
