As an Adult Family Home Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing two Opportunity Inc. licensed Adult Family Homes (AFH) in a manner that furthers the mission and vision of the agency. This includes providing supervision and leadership, training and guidance for the staff as well as ensuring the well-being and safety of each resident. The position is responsible for managing fund allocations, medication management, staff, disciplinary action, resident outcome measurements, and community integration. The position is also responsible for coordinating with the Compliance Coordinator to assure that all licensed facilities meet DHS 88 Regulations and CCCW contractual obligations. This position is also responsible for operating each AFH within budgetary parameters, as well as for developing and implementing individualized goals and objectives in the provision of services.
