• Provide clear information about imaging services, procedures, and scheduling
• Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with referring veterinarians
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a calm and solution-oriented manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical and client records
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient care
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, veterinary medicine, or healthcare preferred
• Genuine compassion for animals and the people who love them
• Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients during emotional situations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, professional demeanor with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with care
