Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations, driving financial performance, building and developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.
This role is hands-on, people-focused, and results-driven — ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food, and hospitality
• Hire, train, and develop FOH and BOH team members and managers
• Build a strong culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and guest-first mentality
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet business demands
• Drive financial performance, including sales growth, cost control, and profitability
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams on menu execution and operational improvements
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure all company systems, processes, and standards are consistently followed
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
• Strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management and cost control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to be present on the floor
• High standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred)
