Construction Labor Details:
• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
• Assist with general construction tasks on commercial job sites
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe work environment
• Support skilled trades (carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, etc.) as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Help with demolition, framing, concrete prep, and other labor-intensive tasks
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
• Adhere to all job site safety policies and wear required PPE
• Assist in setting up and taking down work areas, barricades, and temporary structures
Construction Labor Qualifications:
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing, carrying heavy materials)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
