s:• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and attentive responses to customer inquiries.• Manage order entries and updates in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and resolving any exceptions to maintain seamless operations.• Monitor and respond to emails in the inbox, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.• Support inside sales efforts by collaborating with other teams and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.• Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track, adjust, and update orders as necessary.• Address and resolve complex order issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing customer data and documentation.• Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering effective solutions.• Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams to foster trust and reliability.
