Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with key clients in order to produce group and convention business to include, food and beverage sales, catering/banquet services.
• Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, promote facilities and services.
• Write contracts and letters, as well as organize all arrangements as they relate to social functions.
• Supervise and attend the overall set up and implementation of events and meetings. Communicate with relevant departments to ensure proper servicing of accounts.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly Catering/Sales reports.
• Requirements:
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
• Knowledge of F&B operations including guest relations and service standards
• Self-starting personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player with all levels of the event center staff
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
• College degree preferred; High School Diploma a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
