Detailed Sign-On Bonus Program
• For New Drivers (No CDL): $750 Bonus
• For Drivers with a CDL (needs upgrades): $1,250 Bonus
• For Drivers with CDL + Passenger Endorsement (needs VTT/Airbrakes): $1,500 Bonus
• For Fully Certified Transit Drivers (CDL + P-Endorsement + VTT + Airbrakes): $2,000 Bonus
(_Payout Schedule: 50% is awarded after your first full pay period on the road, with the final 50% awarded after 6 months of service.)_
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are more than just good drivers. The ideal candidate is:
• Friendly, caring, and understanding, with a passion for customer service.
• An expert in defensive driving with a keen sense of their surroundings.
• Able to operate modern transit technology (fare boxes, tablets, etc.).
• At least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a DOJ background check and a DOT physical/drug screen.
