os into our recurring property maintenance program. Over time, you will build a large book of business that generates ongoing commission income.

This role includes a base salary with a structured commission plan designed to reward long-term portfolio growth.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect and develop relationships with property management companies in Austin
• Present and sell our SAVE Program to decision-makers
• Onboard new properties into the program
• Maintain ongoing relationships to support retention and renewals
• Track pipeline activity and manage your territory strategically
• Build a long-term recurring revenue portfolio
• Sell additional services to existing partners

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $70,000 (recoverable draw structure)

Commission Plan Highlights:
• Commission is earned based on revenue from properties onboarded
• Commissions increase as your portfolio grows
• Once commissions exceed base, base transitions out via recoverable draw and you move to full commission earnings
• Structured for long-term portfolio income growth
• Significant upside as your book scales

Compensation Range (Estimated)

Year 1: Base-heavy ramp year
Year 2+: Base to full commission conversion as portfolio scales
