Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Oversees a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Leads a team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, and completion of two year Business or Technical Degree.
• Preferred o Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Engineering, Construction Science, or Business, required.
• At least five years of related experience in HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Process Piping.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Mechanical Contractor or General Contractor Previous Experience
