• Lead the full estimating process from concept through GMP
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages
• Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing
• Manage subcontractor outreach, leveling, and scope alignment
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
• Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline planning
Qualifications
• 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction in Hospitality, Retail, or Restaurants
• Strong background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or interior build-outs preferred
Required Skills
• Ability to run estimates independently and communicate confidently with clients and subs
• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Strong understanding of South Florida subcontractor market and pricing
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first mindset
