What You’ll Do
As a Vascular Access Specialist, you will:
• Travel to patient care settings to deliver vascular access services (equipment provided)
• Assess patients and recommend appropriate vascular access devices based on clinical needs
• Insert and manage:
• Peripheral IVs (PIVs)
• Midline catheters
• PICC lines
• Utilize ultrasound guidance and sterile techniques for safe, high-quality outcomes
• Educate and consult with healthcare teams on vascular access best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to obtain additional state licensure if needed, or obtain multistate licensure
• ED or ICU background highly preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Schedule & Work Environment
• Evening position, 4pm-12am, 5 days per week
• Typically structured shifts with occasional variability based on patient needs
• Travel within a service radius around Youngstown and surrounding areas
