Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on the job site
• Monitor worker attendance, ensuring proper check-in and check-out of personnel
• Ensure workers are performing tasks according to project plans and quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Conduct routine job site safety checks and address unsafe conditions immediately
• Communicate daily progress and issues to project management
• Ensure job site organization, cleanliness, and proper use of equipment
• Address performance or safety concerns with crew members when necessary
• Assist in coordinating materials, equipment, and labor needs on site
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Construction Foreman, Lead Hand, or Site Supervisor
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices
• Ability to supervise crews and maintain productivity on site
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and manage physically demanding job site environments
Preferred
• Experience with residential or commercial construction projects
• Safety training or OSHA certification
