Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Identify and understand each customer’s needs, crafting personalized sales solutions that highlight the value of our products, services, and promotional offerings
• Build lasting customer loyalty through attentive listening, consultative communication, and strong knowledge of our client services
• Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and uphold all compliance protocols related to service and sales
• Use available tools, resources, and sales strategies to anticipate needs, provide first-contact resolution, and recommend tailored sales solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets set by Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative s, including customer satisfaction scores, sales metrics, compliance standards, and productivity goals
Customer Service and Sales Representative Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or current enrollment preferred
• Previous experience as a Customer Service and Sales Representative or related field is highly desirable
• Demonstrated success in customer service or consultative sales
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve shared goals
• Genuine passion for helping people and building meaningful connections
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and fun sales environment
• Dependable, flexible, and available for full-time hours
• Intelligent, self-aware, and grounded
