Job Description
g IV drips both in our flagship Union Square lounge and at client homes, hotels and offices throughout New York City, with a primary focus in Manhattan.
Please Note: This is a concierge wellness position. Applicants with only hospital or acute care experience may not be considered. We are exclusively reviewing applications from nurses with prior experience in IV therapy within concierge medicine, wellness clinics, or private practice. We will be contacting professional references to verify relevant experience.
Schedule Flexibility
We are currently hiring for part-time, per diem, and full-time roles, and are open to building a flexible schedule that works for the right candidate. Whether you're looking to pick up select shifts or join the team in a more consistent capacity, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer IV nutrient, hydration, and NAD+ therapies in both lounge and mobile settings
• Provide elevated patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and a white-glove experience
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and deliver appropriate aftercare guidance
• Educate clients on IV therapy benefits, ingredients, and expected outcomes
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory of IV supplies and equipment
• Represent the Forbidden Well brand with professionalism and discretion at all times
Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in the State of New York
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge IV therapy or wellness-based infusion care
• Strong IV insertion skills and clinical awareness
• Polished, professional demeanor with a commitment to client confidentiality
• Able to travel across NYC for mobile appointments and work on-site at our lounge location
• Comfortable working independently and in luxury, client-facing environments
Preferred:
• Certification in IV therapy
• Familiarity with NAD+, Myers cocktails, glutathione, and other wellness-focused infusions
• Experience using HIPAA-compliant digital platforms or mobile charting systems
