General Manager – Marco’s Pizza
Position Overview:
The General Manager (GM) at Marco’s Pizza is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, consistent product quality, and operational efficiency. This role leads the team to achieve sales goals, maintain labor and food cost targets, and uphold all company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness to comply with Marco’s Pizza standards and health regulations.
• Drive sales through excellent service, local marketing efforts, and community engagement.
• Control labor and food costs through effective scheduling, ordering, and waste management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational checklists.
• Analyze store performance reports and implement plans for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant , preferably in quick-service or pizza.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
