What You Will Own
As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall health and performance of the Eugene / Springfield operation, including leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees across design, project management, handyman services, and field production.
You will:
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of designers, project managers, and field professionals
• Own sales strategy, revenue growth, and profitability
• Manage and deliver against an annual operating budget
• Oversee production excellence, scheduling, and job cost performance
• Ensure exceptional client experience from first conversation through final walkthrough
• Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders
• Represent Neil Kelly in the Eugene / Springfield community
• Contribute as a strategic member of the company's Senior Leadership Team
• Champion and reinforce Neil Kelly's policies, systems, and operational standards while coaching teams to consistently execute them
Success in this role means growing revenue responsibly, maintaining strong margins, developing people, and strengthening our reputation in the market.
The Leader We're Looking For
You are:
• Experienced in residential design-build remodeling and/or custom home construction (10+ years)
• Proven in both sales leadership and production management
• Comfortable owning a P&L and making tough decisions
• Skilled in budgeting, estimating, and construction project management
• A builder of teams and culture
• Decisive, yet collaborative
• Confident, yet humble
• Focused on doing what's right, not who's right

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers an annual salary of $140,000-$150,000, depending on experience, along with a performance-based bonus program.
