Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
Load and unload cargo
Properly track and document activity log
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect truck before and after trip
Must comply with all FMCSA rules
Job Summary
• Contract Driver (1099, Team)
• Double Drop, Tanker trailer, Flatbed trailer, Hazmat tanker and Dry Van
• OTR
• $4,000 - $4,600 gross total weekly avg. pay per team
• $0.65 - $0.75 CPM
• 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week per team
• $30 sign on bonus per team
• Dedicated, Line Haul
• No Driver Load/Unload
• No tarping
• No slip seating
Home Time
• 21 - 25 expected days out
• Get 6 days of home time for every 21 days worked
• No guaranteed weekends home
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
Orientation Details
• Offers paid orientation
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license
• 8 months OTR experience
