Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, your focus will be on the safe delivery of PepsiCo beverage products while maintaining positive customer interactions. Core responsibilities include:
• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely on assigned local routes
• Deliver beverages to retail, foodservice, and vending customers
• Load and unload delivery vehicles using equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues
• Handle and rotate products correctly to maintain freshness and quality
• Complete all delivery documentation, including invoices, payments, and daily cash reconciliation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store staff
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
• Support merchandising and product stocking as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in delivery or transportation preferred
