Key Responsibilities
• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final inspection
• Oversee roof replacement projects (shingle, tile, flat, modified systems)
• Supervise framing, MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), drywall, finishes, and punch-out
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor job costs, approve invoices, and control budgets
• Review scopes of work, plans, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits across Miami-Dade & Broward
• Ensure compliance with Florida residential building codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding timelines and updates
• Maintain accurate documentation inside CRM/project management software (JobTread preferred)
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid project delays
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong roofing and residential construction experience REQUIRED
• Experience managing roof replacement projects from permit to final inspection
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience using CRM or construction management software (JobTread preferred; training available)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1099 Based
Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,350.00 per week
