Job Description
We are hiring a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor in Berthoud, CO to lead and support our team in achieving goals.
Responsibilities Include
• Monitoring team members to ensure service standards are followed
• Supervising guest service and responding to their needs
• Assisting in establishing and monitoring sidework duties
• Reviewing communication sheets and preparing for shifts
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant and tables
• Providing clear verbal and written directions to staff
• Ensuring attendance and availability to work regularly
• Performing other related duties as assigned
