Job Description
requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage site activity, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep projects moving efficiently from start through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all on-site construction operations from project kickoff through closeout
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain productivity and workflow
• Oversee project schedules, track milestones, and communicate progress updates to internal teams
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and local building regulations
• Perform routine site walks to monitor quality, workmanship, and compliance with plans/specs
• Proactively identify and address field issues, collaborating with project management and design teams to resolve them
• Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment coordination, and inventory needs
• Maintain detailed and accurate field documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change tracking
• Participate in project meetings and provide insight on site progress, risks, and upcoming needs
• Uphold a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing construction sites and field operations
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact across all levels, including clients and stakeholders
• Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
• Valid driver's license required
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 plus bonus, 401k, generous health benefits, and other perks.
