What You’ll Be Doing
As the first smiling face our patients see, you’ll be a big part of what makes our office feel like home. You'll help keep things running smoothly at the front desk while making every patient feel valued and comfortable.
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and kindness
• Answer phone calls and patient questions with a helpful attitude
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments
• Enter patient info accurately and handle payments/insurance questions (we’ll train you!)
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
• Work closely with our awesome clinical team to provide great care
Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who genuinely loves people and a good conversation
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with technology and open to training
• Experience in a dental/medical office or with dental software is a plus—but not required!
• High school diploma or equivalent
