Responsibilities
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive challenges through compassionate engagement
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and perform patient transfers safely using proper techniques
Qualifications
• Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! i.e. Russian, Polish, Spanish, Ukrainian
