• Close sales to meet/exceed financial objectives.
• Understand and effectively communicate all services offerings to customers, including emergency repair (break/fix), preventive maintenance, scheduled work, installations, relocations, rental services, replacement components, and long-term contracts; create proposals based on these service offerings.
• Assist customers in answering product and application related questions and support in fielding technical questions that might include control operation, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Find upsell, renewal and cross-selling opportunities and inform the sales department of potential business leads.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products or services.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and prevent escalation of issues.
• Review of customer work orders/service tickets.

Requirements and skills:
• Travel to customer job sites, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
• Gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills.
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listen and get clarification. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required daily.
• Prioritize and plan work activities; Use time efficiently; Plan for additional resources.
• Follow instructions, respond to management direction.
• Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to lead a team of technicians.

Experience:
• Sales Experience: 5 years
• HVAC: 10 years
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
