The position will require working out of both our Mesquite, NV office and our St. George, UT office.

Desired Outcomes or Results:
The Tri-State Office Assistant ensures smooth daily office operations, timely flow of documents and communication, and high-quality support across various programs. This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and staff engagement in alignment with GES’ standards and values.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirables:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nevada or Utah Driver’s License.
• Must be insurable under GES auto insurance.
• 1–3 years of clerical, administrative, or HR experience (combination preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Database management and data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
• Professional attitude, appearance, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong team member mentality.
