Job Description

• Coordinates personnel and field activities in collaboration with Construction Managers company-wide to maintain project alignment and efficiency.
• Prepares and contributes to proposals, presentations, and client interviews, including supporting materials such as meeting agendas and correspondence.
• Identifies and develops new project opportunities through strategic proposal writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates project contracts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
• Preferred Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in engineering or a construction-related program (Master's degree is a plus)
• 10–15 years of experience managing large-scale water and wastewater facility projects, including recent projects exceeding $15M in construction value.
• Deep understanding of Construction Management processes, financial oversight, and construction methods, standards, and specifications.
• Proven leadership in overseeing project teams, managing personnel, and delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, contractors, and project engineers; able to work independently and within team environments.
• Proficient in Construction Management software such as Primavera P6 and Bentley PWCM (EADOC), with advanced computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex project demands.
• Holds Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE) credentials, along with OSHA 10-hour and related safety training.
